The missing piece of the puzzle for vulnerable groups
Hollanda Türk Gönüllüler Vakfı (HTGV) is a foundation of volunteers. We support people who are having a hard time, in the Netherlands and beyond, regardless of age, ethnic background or religion.
Our mission
Why we exist
Our logo is a heart made of puzzle pieces. That image sums up our mission: we want to be the missing piece of the puzzle in the lives of vulnerable groups.
We do this by actively identifying needs and responding to them in concrete ways: societal, cultural, economic, social and humane. We strengthen the position and health of vulnerable groups.
We do this as volunteers, together with the people around us and with other organisations.
Our vision
A just and humane society
We strive for a just and humane Dutch society in which the disadvantages of vulnerable groups are overcome. A society with full citizenship and equal opportunities for everyone.
In such a society, people actively shape how we live together and take shared responsibility for it. Everyone gets equal opportunities for personal development.
